01General provisions
This Legal Notice and Terms of Use (hereinafter: the “Terms”) set out the rights and obligations relating to the use of the website available under the sabjanicsmedical.hu domain (hereinafter: the “Website”), operated by Sabjanics Medical Center Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (limited liability company) (hereinafter: the “Provider” or “Operator”).
By opening, browsing or using any service of the Website, the user (hereinafter: the “User”) declares that they have read and understood these Terms and accept them as binding.
In operating the Website, the Provider acts in accordance with the applicable Hungarian and European Union legislation.
02Copyright and intellectual property
The entire content of the Website – including in particular, but not limited to:
- text, images, graphics and audiovisual elements,
- professional publications, descriptions of conditions and information materials,
- databases, structure and visual identity elements,
- the source code and software solutions,
- logos, marks and trademarks –
are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider and are protected by Act LXXVI of 1999 on Copyright and by the relevant international and European Union legislation.
Visiting the Website does not grant any right of use or licence to any element of its content, except where expressly permitted in these Terms.
03Permitted use
Without the Provider’s prior written consent, only the following uses are lawful:
- Viewing the content of the Website, and saving or printing it for non-commercial, strictly personal use only.
- Placing an unaltered hyperlink (URL link) to the Website.
- Brief quotation within the scope of free use under the Copyright Act, with the source clearly and accurately credited.
Any use beyond the above is only possible with the Provider’s prior, express written permission.
04Prohibited use
In particular, the following are expressly prohibited:
- copying, distributing, adapting or commercially exploiting all or part of the content,
- systematically saving it into a database,
- collecting the content of the Website by automated means (e.g. scraping, data mining),
- disrupting or overloading the Website, or attempting unauthorised access,
- any use liable to damage the Provider’s reputation or business interests.
The Provider is entitled to take action against infringements under the provisions of the Civil Code (Act V of 2013) and the Criminal Code (Act C of 2012), including by pursuing claims for damages, compensation for non-pecuniary harm (sérelemdíj) and other legal remedies.
05Health information and limitation of liability
All health, medical or lifestyle information published on the Website is for general information only. This content:
- does not constitute individual medical advice,
- is not to be taken as a diagnosis or treatment recommendation,
- does not replace a personal medical consultation, physical examination or any necessary diagnostic procedures.
Using the Website does not in itself create a doctor–patient relationship between the User and the Provider.

Any online booking, contact or other electronic services that may be available through the Website are governed by the provisions of Act CVIII of 2001 on Certain Issues of Electronic Commerce Services and Information Society Services.

07Limitation of technical liability
The Provider does everything it can to keep the Website secure and running continuously, but does not guarantee:
- that the Website will be available continuously and without interruption,
- that technical errors will be entirely excluded,
- that the information on the Website is always up to date and complete.
The Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the Website, from its unavailability or from its improper functioning.

Data processing in connection with the operation of the Website is governed by a separate Privacy Notice, which complies with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR),
- the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information.

10Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian court competent for the Provider’s registered office, subject to subject-matter jurisdiction.
