01Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "General Terms") govern the conditions for using the healthcare services provided by Sabjanics Medical Limited Liability Company (registered office: 1065 Budapest, Révay utca 6. Fsz. 7. ajtó; tax number: 32525485-2-42; company registration number: 01-09-442824; represented by: András Sabjanics, managing director; hereinafter: the "Provider").
02The nature of the service
The Provider provides on-site healthcare services that require attendance in person, including in internal medicine, gynaecology, endocrinology, urology, medical aesthetics, infectious diseases, paediatric surgery, laboratory tests and body treatments.
03Booking an appointment and entering into a contract
To use the service, you need to book an appointment in advance, either on the www.sabjanicsmedical.com website or by phone.
Use of the service amounts to a healthcare contract with the Provider, made verbally or by implied conduct.
04Terms of payment
The fee for the service is payable on site, after the test or treatment, in cash or by bank card. No deposit or online payment is taken.
05Cancellation and non-attendance
A booked appointment can be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours beforehand. If it is cancelled after that, or if the patient does not attend, the Provider may charge a standby fee or an extra cost linked to the next appointment.
06Healthcare liability
The Provider carries out treatments in line with the relevant professional guidelines and the law. Health advice given during the services does not replace a medical examination, diagnosis or therapy.
07Processing
Data processing is governed by the privacy notice, which is available on the Provider's website under a separate menu item.
08Complaints
The patient may make a complaint verbally or in writing. The Provider investigates and answers complaints within 30 days at the latest.

09Settlement of disputes
The parties first try to settle disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court competent for the Provider's registered office.
10Other provisions
The Provider reserves the right to amend the General Terms unilaterally. It makes amendments public by publishing them on the website.
