About me

I believe psychotherapy is not just a professional method, but a tool that can bring about real change in people’s lives. I see it as my calling to help those who come to me with my knowledge, empathy and more than fifteen years of clinical experience. For me, the therapeutic relationship rests on trust, acceptance and working together. My aim is for my patients not only to feel their symptoms ease, but also to recognise their own resources and live a more balanced life. I believe this calling truly fulfils its purpose when our work helps people live fuller lives.
